Carer FAQs
1. How do I register with ClariCare? Simply call us on free phone 01482 633044 and we will send you a Carer Pack with a Registration Form. Sign and return this form to us, along with a copy of your registration or approval certificate and we’ll register you.
2.What does it cost me to register with ClariCare? Nothing!
3. What’s in it for me? By accepting Childcare Vouchers as payment, you’ll be helping working parents to save money on the cost of their childcare. This means they may choose to increase the number of hours their child/children spend in your care, increasing your occupancy levels.
4. How do I receive my money? We will send you the voucher amount on behalf of the parent in a BACS transfer each month or week, as requested.
5. I have received a payment and I am not sure which child it is for. How can I find out? You can find out this information by calling ClariCare, or checking the payments schedule.
