Each of your employees can save tax and national insurance on the childcare voucher deduction amount. This amount can be up to £55 per week or £243 per month. This salary sacrifice can be done by both parents.

As this deduction is prior to tax and national insurance you as an employer does not pay employers national insurance contribution, which is 12.8%. So you can save 12.8% of up to £55 per week or £243 per month for each employee on the scheme.
